Our coconut cream is made from carefully selected ripe coconuts.Once the husk, coconut water and shell have been removed, the kernel is pressed to extract a creamy liquid. Ideal for use in Thai, Malaysian, Indian and Caribbean cuisine. Rich in natural coconut flavour and taste. Milk percentage is 12% fat.
