The waist of the top is padded with foam for a structured look and has three function buttons. Attach at each side of the waist is some fabric that ties around the back of the top to cinch in the waist. Top has long sleeves that have white foam-backed cuffs with a button on each. Skirt is made from black stretch fabric with an elastic waistband and a slit on the side. Costume is complete with a foam-backed white collar with a black and purple pinstripe bow attached to the front. The collar has a velcro closure at the back to secure it around the neck.
